We are a small family business dedicated to the cultivation of vines, fruit trees and olive trees and the production of products such as olive oil and wines with DO Montsant, from our own harvest.

AiBar 1895 represents the generations that unite us and the enthusiasm to carry on with the family heritage. The name is given by the acronym arising from the names of our daughters, Ai tana and Bà bara and the date 1895 , in commemoration of our ancestors, who at that time had to deal with phylloxera by adopting new methods to advance the vineyard.

The winery is located on the Sènia estate , which is located below our town, Darmós . From the cellar you can see the village from end to end, getting a postcard photo!

We consider each of our products as a unique and distinctive project, from product development to the design and content of its label. At the same time, we are lovers of the history and culture of our territory from all areas (literary, musical, artistic…). It is for this reason that we also take the opportunity to spread the word by relating each product to some of the elements that characterize or describe it. The Sénia farm currently has the cellar facilities , space where we make the wine from the entry of the grapes, maceration, ageing, preservation… until the exit to our consumers. On the same farm there is also a vegetable garden for family consumption, the location of which varies according to the fallow system. Finally, we also preserve the remains of the old oil mill , the well and some remains such as the canals that were used for irrigation or the “bassets” where the olives were deposited before being pressed, forming as a whole a magnificent archaeological site

Any of the visits to our winery will be able to enjoy all these spaces. Through close and familiar treatment, we will show you our day-to-day life at the winery, both in terms of the activity related to its production and the final result of this while enjoying a tasting in this privileged environment.
