Today the wine cellar’s facilities are located at two sites in the village of Vilalba dels Arcs.

The first of the two is situated in the heart of the village in a house in the Carrer Sant Isidre. The ground floors of this building, restored and converted for winemaking in 1995, was the home of the wine cellar for the first decade of the business. Today this old stone building has two areas: the barrel hall where our wines are aged and the tasting room.

Winemaking	The grapes of El Solà d’en Pol Blanc are picked in the first 2 weeks of September and they are pressed directly. The fermentation takes place at a temperature between 16°C – 18°C. It stays for about 3 months in a stainless steel tank after this process the wine has to be bottled contemporary.
Description	Bright lemon – colored wine. El Solà d’en Pol Blanc is a very elegant, light, fresh and harmonic wine with a present acidity. Its palette of aromas includes citrus fruits, green apple and pear. This components make it to a perfect summer wine.
