Vinification

Red wine of peculiar preparation from the two varieties, looking for an original wine.

Pairing directly with grapes.

Fermentation at controlled temperature from native yeasts of the grape, with minimal use of sulfites, which develops greater differentiation.

Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the malolactic transformation is practiced to give it more volume in the mouth and personality.

Bottled without passing it through the filter.

TASTING NOTE

Cherry red in color, with bluish and violet hues. Very intense, elegant and aromatically complex, where the notes of red and freshly picked forest fruits predominate.

On the palate it is a very structured, fresh and very tasty wine, with minimal tannicity accompanied by surprising fleshiness and flavors of red fruits.
