Vinification

White wine made peculiarly from white Grenache, looking for an original wine.

Grapes picked and macerated for approximately 48 hours, followed by gentle pressing.

Fermentation at low temperature from indigenous grape yeasts, which develops greater differentiation.

We make two different batches: one clarified and filtered and the other without any clarification or filtering, to give it maximum personality.

TASTING NOTE

Color straw-golden white, limpid.

Intense aromas of sweet fruit with subtle hints of sour fruit. In the mouth, it is a fruity, gluttonous, very voluminous wine, with a long finish with soft bitter notes, characteristic of maceration.
