Vinification

Made with 40-year-old Grenache Negra vines, of medium production, harvested by hand and transported in boxes for optimal treatment of the grapes. The blending is carried out on grapes, being characteristic and differentiating, which makes it a wine of greater intensity.

Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature and maceration for ten and fifteen days.

The remountings are combined manually and mechanically, to achieve a good extraction of aromas and color, thus avoiding herbal and vegetal notes.

TASTING NOTE

Cherry red in color, with bluish and violet hues. Very intense, elegant and aromatically complex, with a predominance of licorice and cherry.

On the palate it is a well-structured wine, fresh, creamy and very tasty, with a soft and mature tannin and a long finish.
