ADRIÀ

High intensity and dark red colour, generates abundant tears in the glass. Fresh and elegant aromas of red fruit and Mediterranean forest which gives it freshness, giving rise to sweet notes of delicately toasted pastries which give it complexity. Sweet entry and wide in the mouth leaving a silky sensation.

Serve between 15-16ºC. This wine is the perfect accompaniment for cured cheese, seasoned rice and pasta dishes as well as any type of roast or stews.

CELLAR BIOPAUMERÀ

We are a small ecological wine grower from the Appellation of Origin Tarragona, located in the town of Rasquera (Tarragona), in the county of Ribera d’Ebre, between the counties of Priorat and Terra Alta. It is the only ecological wine grower from the Appellation of Origin Tarragona.

Our philosophy is to produce little, but well. In other words, to give greater importance to quality over quantity and always following the principles of ecological farming.
