Celler Menescal is a family winery, located in Bot, in the Terra Alta region, where we have been dedicated to making wines with our own identity since the end of the 19th century.

Vinification

From 30-year-old Grenache Blanc vines with low production. Harvested by hand and handled delicately to ensure optimal conditions.

Fermented with selected yeasts, at a low temperature, after two months of contact with the fine lees, it will be clarified and gently filtered as a step before bottling.

TASTING NOTE

Straw white colour, limpid, with greenish hues and golden reflections. The early-harvested Grenache gives it fresher aromatic touches where tropical notes such as passion fruit, mango, pineapple and banana points predominate. In the mouth, it is a fresh, fruity, gluttonous and voluminous wine, with a long finish.
